Timeline
- January – February - Call for submissions
- Early bird entries during January & February
- If space still available entries up to 31st March final Deadline for submissions
- Mid May – artist proof sent out for artists to check
- June - Copy to printers
- Mid July – Brochure distribution
- Saturday 22nd- August-Bank Holiday Monday 31st August 2026 inclusive - Open studio event
